MyStays Shin-Urayasu is located 3.5 km away from Tokyo Disney Resort, and a free morning shuttle via Shin-Urayasu Station is provided. The hotel offers a restaurant and rooms with free internet. Shin-Urayasu MyStays is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute stroll from Shin-Urayasu Station.

Air-conditioned guestrooms feature modern interiors and furnishings. Each room is equipped with a fridge, air-purifier, electric kettle and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The en suite bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub and shower. Free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Guests can find trouser press, nightwear and a memory foam pillow available for guest's comfort.

Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered at the hotel. Luggage storage can be found at the 24-hour front desk. Parking is available upon prior reservation for an additional fee.

Very Good
The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean with a lovely shower/bath, and the location was good for getting to Disneyland.
Breakfast was nice, but quite limited in selection.

What was the highlight of MYSTAYS Shin Urayasu Conference Center
A good, clean comfortable hotel not too far from public transport and the Tokyo Disney facility.
The hotel is clean and has good general facilities that are typical for a hotel in Japan. It provides a limited free shuttle bus service to public transport hubs and the Tokyo Disney facility which we used a number of times.
Sometimes Staff were overly busy and took some time to respond to minor issues. The internal room access corridors are exposed to the prevailing weather which meant being prepared for the cold as soon as you stepped outside your room.

Comfortable, relaxed and good service
It was clean! Good service, nice bed and vending machines on each floor
The bathrooms need to be updated to more modern standards but they’re functional so that’s good and do the job
